I absolutely love being pregnant, but this is definately a challenging pregnancy. I have a condition called Placenta Previa with this pregnancy, and it all was going just fine until Tues. evening. I started bleeding which is very serious with placenta previa. My sweet J rushed me to the hospital where i was sent immediately to Labor and Delivery. I was hooked up to 2 IV's, one for a blood transfusion just in case. They gave me a steroid shot that hurt like nothing I've felt before, to help our little guy's lungs develop quickly in case he needed to be delivered. It all happened so fast. I was pretty scared. They kept me for monitoring over the next couple of days. Luckily they let me go home for Thanksgiving, I had been looking forward to this day of eating for a long time. So I am home now, and on complete Bed rest. This is probably the hardest thing I've had to do in a long time. I am so sad it had to happen right during the Christmas Holiday. My sister Jen is trying to help me think positively, and not focus on all of the things I have to miss out on. I am so thankful that our Little baby is safe for now and that I have My sweet family around me to help. Nana and Pop Pop have really been terrific in taking care of our sweet dudes and Evan and Heather have already been a big help. My sweet J has really taken over the duties of the house and calls me 10 times a day to make sure I'm ok. I love my family dearly and have been so blessed. So, if anyone has any great ideas on what to do while on bed rest, let me know. I am soo bored. My cute sister in-law Heather took these maternity pics just a couple of weeks ago. I am so glad we got them done before all of this happened. Anyway, we can't wait to meet our little Findlay Jason Anderson in JANUARY!
